Introduced in 1944, this variant of the Schmidt-Rubin Rifle integrates a 2.8x scope with a unique periscope head, which lays against the stock for storage and transport, swiveling up for use. Blade and tangent sights, with the Swiss Cross on top of the receiver and a matching bolt with cocking ring and barrel knob grip. The scope has no import marks, and is secured with screws and epoxy. Smooth pistol grip stock with sling mounts, bayonet lug, and flat buttplate.
