The 42's legacy continues with a number of modern weapons which either copy the design entirely or sample design elements. Fine, with 60% of the thin phosphate/blue with green painted finish overall, showing wear concentrated along the high edges and the bolt handle path, and a mixed brown and gray patina in the exposed areas. Some mixed numbers are visible. Stock has been repaired. Mechanically excellent.
