Description:

Produced in Ohio, drawing design elements from the Swedish Model 45 and Smith & Wesson Model 76 sub machine guns. Fixed post and peep sights, with a vented barrel shroud, "76/45/ John R. Stemple/ Groveport Ohio" on the magazine well over the serial number. Open bolt operation, with a safety notch on the right side, smooth pistol grips, and a rubber covered folding metal stock. With magazine. NOTE: This is a fully transferable NFA Class III Firearm currently on a Form 4. You are required to check your state and/or local laws as to whether or not you may own this. This weapon can be transferred to a Class III dealer at no charge. Buyer pays all other transfer fees and stamps.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, with 98% of the original matte finish, showing light handling marks overall. Grips are excellent, with light pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
