This is a Clemen & Jung Pioneer bayonet for the Mauser Model 71 Rifle. It is a sawback bayonet with "S" shaped quillion, 18 3/4" blade, brass handle, leather scabbard with brass throat and tip and leather frog with a tassel tied to it. The quillion is marked "14.P191".

The bayonet is very good with an aged patina on the handle and signs of sharpening. The scabbard is good with a few minor scuffs and an aged patina on the brass. The frog is fair showing heavy wear.
