The pistol was produced in 1918, and later refurbished by the Augusta Arsenal with A1 standard components. Fixed sights, augmented with a pair of night-glow "stacked" dots, two line, two block Colt markings on the left side of the slide, "MODEL OF 1911.U.S.ARMY" on the right, and "UNITED STATES PROPERTY", "JMG" inspector's proof and "AA" arsenal refurbishment mark on the left side of the frame. Thin checkered hammer, long grip safety, stamped trigger, checkered slide catch and thumb safety, arched serrated mainspring housing and a pair of late-War style Coltwood grips. Springfield barrel, with "S/P" lug stampings and "REP1" heat lot chamber mark, and an unmarked full matte finish magazine.

Arsenal refurbished, with 97% of the parkerized finish, showing some bright edge wear and scattered handling marks and spotting. Grips are excellent, with some light pressure dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
