Produced in May of 1944. Blade front and adjustable peep rear sights with "DRC" marked windage drum. Springfield barrel dated "6-51", Springfield bolt, hammer, trigger housing and operating rod. Smooth pistol grip stock with a circled "P" behind the trigger, tan canvas sling and a checkered buttplate.

Arsenal refurbished, with 90% of the finish, showing some light flaking on the gas tube and mild handling marks. Stock is very good, with some chipping and cracking of the handguard, pressure dents and light scratches overall. Mechanically excellent. An M1 Garand made by the most desirable of the manufacturers of garands.
