Description:

The Model 12-8 Bear Bowie Knife was originally a custom design for a big game hunter that later entered the catalog. The quarter-inch stock blade is 8 inches long with a 4 3/4 inch long sharpened back clip. Standard scimitar flanked two line Randall marking on the left side of the blade. Large thick brass oval cross guard with upturned ends, custom simulated ivory grip, and custom knurled brass buttcap. OAL: 13 1/8". Complete with a correct brown leather Randall sheath marked "12 8" on the belt loop near the maker's marking. Included is a "Fine India" sharpening stone.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, with some very light spotting overall, and excellent sheath.
