Now retired, award winning knife maker Willie Rigney created some of the finest and most detailed pieces of his generation. His knives were generally high tech period pieces that were done in a number of different styles. This Rigney dagger features a 5 7/8 inch blade marked "W. RIGNEY". The handle is fluted ivory with twisted silver wire. The oval guard has a leaf engraving on the outer edge with a similar engraving on the bolster and the half sphere pommel. OAL: 10"

Excellent, with extremely limited and barely noticeable light spotting on the blade. The ivory has a hairline crack and retains the strikingly handsome grain pattern.
