Description:

1) German Model 1916 helmet, steel construction with protruding vents, green and brown camouflage paint job with black borders, brown leather chinstrap and leather and cloth webbing. 2) As 1, with a green paint job, minus chinstrap. 3) As 1, green and brown finish, chinstrap and webbing cord absent. 4) Model 1940 helmet, green external/ black internal finish, "Heidtmann" signed on the inside, brown leather chinstrap and brown leather webbing. Luftwaffe marking faint but present on the left side. 5) As 1, tan/ brown paint, cloth chinstrap, leather webbing.

Rating Definition:

1) Good, some flaking and fading of the paint, a brown color on the interior and some wear on the leather. 2) Very good, with spotting, paint loss and leather wear. 3) Good, with spotting and handling marks. 4) Very good, with flaking of the paint, a brown patina on the exposed steel, scuffs and scratches. The leather is cracked, and the cord is absent from the webbing. 5) Very good, with light wear and scuffs overall.
