This is a scarce WWII Nazi military proofed 300 Astra in 9mm Kurz and is in the serial number range (556001-559000) of Model 300 pistols delivered to German armed forces in December 1942. Fixed sights on slide with "ASTRA" logo behind the front sight and the standard two line marking at the rear. Spanish proofs are present on the left side of the frame and slide and on the right side of the barrel, with the German Army "WaA251" acceptance stamp on the right side rear of the frame. Fitted with checkered walnut grips. Complete with a leather holster and extra magazine. The inside flap of the holster has an illegible stamping.

Excellent. The pistol retains 98% plus original blue finish with some scattered minor thinning. The grips are also excellent with a few very light scratches. The checkering is crisp. Mechanically excellent. The holster is fine with some minor flex wear. The stitching is tight.
