Description:

Produced in 1947. Fixed sights, with the one line Hartford address on the left side of the slide and "COLT", "SUPER .38/ AUTOMATIC" on the right next to the Rampant Colt. Equipped with a serrated trigger, thin hammer, checkered thumb safety, long grip safety and arched serrated mainspring housing. Grips are checkered rubber.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, with 85% of the original blue finish, showing areas of gray patina on the grip straps and on top of the barrel, patches of finish loss on the left side of the slide and the slide catch, bright edge wear and scattered handling marks. Grips are very good, incorrect replacements, with some minor pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
