Manufactured circa 1948-'51. The revolver has the standard marking and frame notch rear sights, all blue finish with casehardened hammer and trigger, and fitted with checkered magna grips with S&W medallions. Complete with a correct gold two piece box for gun with nickel finish and the original hanging tag.

Excellent. The revolver retains 99% original finish with some minor wear on the muzzle, a light drag line on the cylinder and light handling marks. The grips are excellent plus with only a few light handling marks and sharp checkering. The box is very good plus.
