Manufactured for Colt by J.P. Sauer & Son of West Germany. The rifle features a non-rotating bolt, ramp front and adjustable Williams rear sights, with the top of the receiver drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Mounted with a one piece high gloss stock with a checkered forearm and pistol grip with a rosewood forend tip and Rampant Colt grip cap, raised comb, cheekpiece, black rubber vented Colt Sauer recoil pad and sling swivels. Colt discontinued this rifle in 1985.
