This gun was made 1911-1913 per 334 page of Donald Dallas' "Holland & Holland 'The Royal' Gunmaker". The action shows highly attractive beautifully executed floral scroll engraving covering the action and lockplates. With a relined leather bound takedown case marked "EDWARD HARDY." on the lid, a nickel oiler, a pair of snap caps, and a leather forend grip. Chambers marked 2 3/4" with ejectors, chokes measured modified/modified, and 14 1/4" LOP.

Very good as refurbished, with sleeved barrels, light handling evidence, some pitting on the left side of the action, some oxidation on the under rib, patches of dried grease on the action, and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent. Case exterior is good, interior is very fine.
