The box is tan with a green label showing a Colt Model 1878 Revolver along with the Winchester manufacturing information. The box contains 50 cartridges.

The box is very good with legible writing, a rather clean cut across the label, and on end flap torn but still firmly attached. The cartridges show a fine patina and some oxidation on the lead.
