Manufactured c. the mid-19th century. Top barrel marked "J.P. GUYER MUNCY PA" and is .44 caliber and rifled. The lower barrel is approximately 32 bore. Both locks marked "JOSEPH GOLCHER" on a ribbon in the middle of the locks. One of the ramrods are absent.

Fair with a brown patina, surface oxidation, and scattered pitting. Stock is good with general wear, and a hairline crack off the butt. Mechanically functions when the trigger is set before actuating the hammer.
