Fixed sights, "445" marked on the trigger guard and loading lever, British proofs appear on the cylinder between the chambers at the rear and fitted with a checkered one piece grip.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The cylinder retains 90% original blue finish thinning to a brown. The barrel and frame retain 80% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown-gray patina. The trigger guard retains strong amounts of blue in the protected areas with the balance a smooth brown patina. There is some minor spotting. The hammer, grip tang and buttcap retain some flashes of original case colors, otherwise a smooth gray patina. The grip is excellent with some scattered minor nicks in the overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
