One piece full stock with three barrel bands, trigger guard riveted to the trigger guard plate, iron ramrod with button type head and iron buttplate marked "U S" on the tang. The stock has an inspector cartouche on the left stock flat and stamped "DAVENPORT" ahead of the trigger.

Good. The metal surfaces have a smooth dark brown patina with some scattered minor spotting and some minor flash pitting. The stock is very good with a minor crack near the lock plate, a small minor crack near the buttplate, and a large surface chip, along with numerous minor dings and scratches. The initials "CHP" are carved on the left side of the buttstock.
