Description:

Made in 1906. Fixed sights, with the two line Hartford address on top of the barrel and "COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER" on the left side. The frame is stamped with the two line, three date patent marking next to the circled Rampant Colt. Matching serial number on the frame, trigger guard and backstrap, with the assembly number 205 on the loading gate. Fitted with checkered Rampant Colt grips.

Rating Definition:

Fine, with the barrel and ejector rod housing retaining approximately 20% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. The trigger guard and backstrap have a smooth bright gray patina, with some strong amounts of blue in the protected areas. The cylinder retains heavy amounts of blue in the flutes with the balance a smooth gray patina. The frame has a smooth brown patina. The grips are very good, numbered to another gun, with some minor scratches and worn checkering. Mechanically very good.
