Blade front and ladder rear sights, with the two line address ahead of the band, Winchester proof ahead of the ladder, caliber behind, and the right side marked with the British "scimitar" nitro proof next to ".44/40" and "1.30' ". A pair of "crown/ GP" proofs are present on the receiver and breechblock, with the three line "TRADE MARK" upper tang markings and the saddle ring on the left side. Smooth straight grip stock with a single barrel band and a carbine buttplate. The carbine is also accompanied by an exemption letter from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives that identifies the Winchester Model 1892 Carbine, serial number "327640" with factory fitted, 14-inch barrel as a "curio and relic" item.

Rating Definition:

Fine, with 15% of the original blue finish, strongest on the magazine tube, with a mixed brown patina overall and scattered handling marks. Stock is good, with a fine grain pattern on the buttstock and scattered pressure dents. Mechanically very good.
