Adopted by the Nazis in the pre-war years for low-cost marksmanship training. Blade and tangent sights, with caliber markings on barrel, with "eagle/ N" proofs on the barrel and receiver, and "K.K. Wehrsportgewehr" on the right side of the receiver. Smooth stock with a faint "D (Nazi eagle) R" stamp on the right side of the buttstock and a flat buttplate.

Very good, with 85% of the original blue finish, showing areas of brown patina near the muzzle and around the trigger guard, scattered spotting and mild handling marks. Stock is very good, with pressure dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
