Manufactured until 1916. Fixed blade and notch sights, with stacked "crown/ N" proofs on the left side of the slide, "Rheinische Metallwaaren - & Maschinenfabrik/ ABT. SOMMERDA" on the left side of the barrel extension and "DREYSE" on the right. Checkered cocking knob and safety, smooth trigger and checkered grips with "RMF" monograms.

Excellent, with 95% plus original blue finish overall, with two patches of gray patina and pitting on the right side of the barrel, bright edge wear and scattered handling marks overall. Grips are excellent, with sharp checkering and mild pressure dents. The magazine is mis-matched. Mechanically excellent. A hard to find weapon in any condition.
