Manufactured from 1890 to 1913. Single bead sight on a solid rib marked "HUNTER ARMS. CO. FULTON, N.Y." Choked improved cylinder/improved modified with an extractor. The action features a light scroll engraving with a duck engraved in a circle on the right lock plate and a quail in a circle on the left. Double triggers and tang safety. Nicely figured checkered walnut forearm and round knob pistol grip stock with serrated buttplate. The forearm has an ebony insert and dog head in a circle on the underside. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Partially refinished, the barrels and stock. The barrels retain 90% of the blue finish with thinning to a smooth brown patina on the rib. The action retains traces of case colors in the protected areas with the balance a smooth silver gray patina. The wood remains very good with only a few handling marks and dents with crisp checkering. Mechanically fine.
