Built from 1911 to 1946. Single bead sight on a solid matte barrel rib, extractor, double triggers, tang safety and choked extra full/improved modified. Right barrel has the cap sterlingworth steel markings and the left barrel has the Fox address, with "STERLINGWORTH" on the sides of the casehardened action. Checkered splinter forearm and pistol grip stock with grip cap and serrated buttplate. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Very fine. The barrels retain 90% original blue finish showing some thinning to a brown with some scattered minor spotting, minor scratches and a small area of minor pitting on the left barrel near the muzzle. The action retains 40% original case colors mainly in protected areas with the balance a smooth silver gray patina. The trigger guard is a mix of original blue finish and smooth gray patina. The wood is excellent with a few minor dents and handling marks. The checkering is crisp. Mechanically fine.
