Produced in 1942. Blade front and notch rear sights, with the two line Colt address/patent marking and the Rampant Colt behind the serrations on the left side of the slide and the caliber marking on the right side. The right side of the frame is marked "U.S. PROPERTY" with the serial number on the reverse, with the cross cannon Ordnance marking behind the slide safety. "CAL.32 / COLT" marked blue magazine, blue barrel with bright chamber and fitted with checkered walnut grips with silver Colt medallions.

Excellent. The pistol retains 95% of the thin original parkerized finish with some wear on the muzzle end of the slide, some thinning and high edge wear on the slide. The grips are also excellent with a few minor pressure dents and dings, and crisp checkering. The markings are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent.
