Smooth stock, with "crown/ FAG/ 42" and matching serial number on the left side of the buttstock and a smooth buttplate. With a 12 1/2" triangular spike bayonet.

Excellent, with 95% of the original blue finish, showing areas of brown patina, bright edge wear and scattered spotting. Stock is very good as sanded, with pressure dents and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.

Smooth straight grip stock, with a brown leather sling, matching number on the left side of the buttstock and a smooth buttplate with storage compartment.
