Description:

Fixed sights, dated 1937 on the chamber, with the "S/ 42" code on the toggle. "Droop wing eagle/ 63" proofs on the extension and barrel, with eagle firing proofs on the extension, barrel and breechblock. Matching numbers on the barrel, extension, frame, side plate, latch, trigger, safety, grip panels, hold open, sear, toggle pin, toggle links, extractor, breechblock and firing pin. "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" on the upper safety area and extractor, respectively. Checkered hardwood grips and blue magazine with aluminum base numbered to gun.

Rating Definition:

Very fine, with 75% of the faded original blue finish. A gray patina is forming overall, with bright edge wear and scattered handling marks. Grips are fine, with mild pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
