Fine, with 50% of the original blue finish on the barrel, and 60% of the finish on the trigger guard, butt plate, and lock. Bright case colors are visible on the protected areas of the breechblock. Fine stock, with exception of a number of scratches and dents, including one on the left side in the shape of a screw head. Mechanically excellent.

S. / SPRINGFIELD" on the lock. 3-click tumbler. Smooth straight grip stock, with sling swivels, "SWP / 1891" final inspection cartouche, one piece trigger guard and "US" marked buttplate. With a 35 1/2 inch spike bayonet.

Fine, with 60% of the original blue finish, showing areas of brown and gray patina, handling marks and mild spotting. Bright case colors are visible on the breechblock. Stock is also fine, with mild pressure dents and handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
