Description:

Blade front and adjustable 1000 meter rear sight, with an unmarked barrel flange, five line model and five line patent markings on top of the receiver, and an encircled, five-pointed star and "CRANSTON/ARMS/CO." in a triangle on the right side below the rear sight. Smooth two-piece walnut pistol grip stock, unmarked, with sling swivels and a checkered butt.

Rating Definition:

Very fine as modified, with 95% of the original parkerized finish, showing mild handling marks and edge wear. The top of the receiver ahead of the sight has been drilled and tapped for mounting. Stock is fair as reoiled, with scattered pressure dents, a few light chips and spots of red and white paint applied to the "safe" and "fire" positions on the stock and switch. Mechanically excellent.
