An insert is present in the chamber, with a block in the magazine well providing locking grooves for the bolt, which has a recessed face and 2-prong firing pin. Smooth straight grip stock, with sling swivels and a flat buttplate. Equipped with a 14" Hembrug marked spike bayonet with smooth wood grips and a leather sheath with belt hanger.

Excellent, with 95% of the original blue finish, showing a few light areas of brown patina and light handling marks and spotting overall. Stock is very good as repaired, with some areas of filler and minor pressure dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.

Blade and folding ladder sights, with "eagle/ STEYR/ 1895" on the receiver and "Wn (eagle) 17" and "60" on the breech. Matching numbers on the barrel, receiver, handguard and buttstock. Smooth straight grip stock, with a brown leather sling and a flat buttplate.

Very good, with 80% of the original blue finish, showing a mixed gray and brown patina, along with some light spotting and handling marks. Stock is good, with light chipping and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
