Manufactured in 1913, the left side of the slide is marked with the early two block marking "PATENTED/ APR. 20, 1897, DEC. 22, 1903" and "COLT'S PT. F. A. MFG. CO. / HARTFORD. CT. U.S.A." with the circled Rampant Colt behind the slide serrations. The right side of the slide is marked, "COLT AUTOMATIC / CALIBRE 32 RIMLESS SMOKELESS". Fixed sights, high polished blue slide and frame, blue barrel, unmarked blue magazine and fitted with checkered hard rubber grips with "COLT" banner at the top and the Rampant Colt and stylistic "C" on the bottom. Complete with an original instruction sheet.

Excellent. The pistol retains 98% of the original high polished blue finish with some scattered minor scratches, and some minor spotting in the area of the slide stop, at the rear of the slide and on the back strap. There is some wear and thinning on the barrel. The grips are also excellent with a few minor dings and crisp checkering. The markings are sharp. The mechanics are excellent.
