Produced in 1934. Fixed sights, with the two line address and patent dates on the left side of the slide, caliber marking and Rampant Colt on the right, and matching serial number around the firing pin hole. The frame is marked "GOVERNMENT MODEL" on the right side over the serial number, with "99" and "W/ VP" on the trigger guard. Fitted with a wide hammer, milled trigger, long grip safety, arched checkered mainspring housing and early pattern checkered walnut grips.

Excellent with 95% plus original blue finish, showing areas of light surface rust, concentrated on the front strap and the high edges towards the muzzle, with scattered light scratches. Grips are very fine, with mild dings. Mechanically excellent.
