Manufactured from 1913 to 1921. Fixed sights, with the one line caliber marking on the left side of the barrel, the three line address/patent information on top of the receiver, the S&W trademark on the left side of the frame, and serial number on the front grip strap. Fitted with smooth walnut grips with S&W medallions.

Excellent. The pistol retains over 97% original high polished blue finish with some speckling of brown (mostly on the grip straps and rear right side of receiver) and some mild wear at the muzzle. There are a few small patches of minor pitting and a few minor scratches. The grips are fine with some minor dings, scratches and pressure marks.
