Introduced in 1938, this is a Type II variant of the Model A pistol with the takedown lock button on top of the slide. Standard markings, fixed blade and notch adjustable rear sights, and checkered walnut grips. Complete with an orange label factory box and instruction tag.

Excellent. The pistol retains 95% original blue finish with some minor muzzle and edge wear and grip straps thinning to a gray patina, along with some scattered minor spotting. The grips are very fine with a small area of wear and a missing minor chip on the right panel, along with a few minor nicks in the overall crisp checkering. The solid box is fine with some minor wear and some markings in pencil on the lid label. All labels are intact.
