Manufactured in Italy, these are basically a custom built, made to order shotgun made in a standard and deluxe model. This particular shotgun is a deluxe model. The shotgun is semi-automatic with a top break action and 8 round magazine. Single white bead sight and the barrel gauges at a loose cylinder choke. The upper left rear of the barrel is marked "ACCIAIO BOEHLER star ANTINIT", the upper left side of the action is marked "MADE IN ITALY FOR ABERCROMBIE & FITCH" and the lower left side "FUCILE COSMI BREVETTATO - TORRETTE DI ANCONA ITALIA". The action is stainless steel and the remaining parts blue with nice floral engraving on the action and "COSMI TORRETTE ANCONA" in a banner on the bottom. The floral engraving extends to the trigger guard, break lever and upper tang. Mounted with a checkered and serrated walnut forearm and extra fancy checkered round knob pistol grip stock with a checkered bare butt and gold initial oval. Complete with a green canvas covered hard case with leather corner protectors, Abercrombie & Fitch label affixed to the inside of the lid, green felt lining and manual. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Excellent. The shotgun retains virtually all of the original finishes with some light handling marks. The wood is also excellent with a few light dings and handling marks. The stock does not fit up tightly to the action. The checkering remains sharp. Mechanically excellent. The case is good with some minor wear and some staining on the exterior and a few small holes in the lining.
