This Parker GHE Grade shotgun is factory fitted with a rare vent rib which is marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS MERIDEN CT. U.S.A. PARKER SPEC. STEEL" flanked by inward pointing arrows and has dual ivory bead sights. The barrels features 2 3/4 inch chambers, choked full/full with ejectors. The casehardened action features a scroll engraving with bird game scenes on the left and right sides and bottom. The sides of the action are marked "PARKER BROS". Double triggers and tang safety. Checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with a replacement solid recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 1/4 inches.

Refinished. The barrels retain 97% of the blue finish with some mild thinning and some minor handling marks. The action retains 60% of the case colors with the balance a mottled brown-gray patina. The stock has been shortened and the forearm has a minor crack, otherwise the freshened wood has some scattered minor dings and scratches with some scattered minor bruising in the overall crisp recut checkering. The recoil pad has hardened.
