Reblued receiver, with engraved scope blocks. Fitted with a McGowen barrel, marked "MCGOWEN BARREL 22/08", knurled bolt handle with plastic insert, jeweled bolt and extractors, safety and extra-fancy English walnut stock with contrasting tip and grip cap, skip line checkering with fleur-de-lis accents, raised comb and cheek piece, solid recoil pad, sling swivel studs and engraved satin coin trigger guard and floor plate, with a bugeling stag on the guard and a bear on the plate, both in gold.

Excellent as custom embellished, with 99% of the blue finish remaining with some mild scratches and some finished over minor pitting on the receiver ring. The stock is excellent with some scattered minor handling marks. The checkering is crisp.
