Bead blade front and notch rear sights, with a blank chamber and "DWM" monogram on the toggle link. A "crown/ N" commercial proof is visible on the underside of the barrel, with some mixed numbers. Oak leaf engraving around the muzzle and on the left side of the frame, with a border pattern on the right side and left rear of the frame. Gold finished screws and small parts, with smooth walnut grips.

Near mint as custom embellished and finished, with 99% of the gray coin finish, showing some light handling marks, and 95% of the current blue. Gold components are excellent. Grips show some minor pressure dents. Trigger lever pin is loose, otherwise mechanically fine.
