Manufactured in 1953. Standard 24" round tapered barrel with ramp Lyman 77 globe front sight, scope blocks, and Lyman 48 receiver sight. Rear barrel sight has been removed (filler block added). Front sight ramp is correctly not machined to accept a hood. Standard markings with the factory proof on the left side of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Late safety, straight receiver tang, and hinged floor plate. Smooth Marksman stock with 7 position forearm accessory rail, sling swivels, and checkered buttplate.

Excellent. The rifle retains 97% original blue finish with the bolt handle thinning to a gray and some very scattered mild scratches. The stock is also excellent with almost all of the varnish remaining and some minor dings and scratches, with an area of chipping around the receiver tang. Mechanically excellent.
