Produced from 1902 to 1931. Barrel marked on left side "MODEL 1902/22 SHORT & LONG" behind the Winchester address and patent information. Blade front and rear peep sights, with one piece plain straight grip stock and metal buttplate.

Very fine, with 60% original finish. The balance a smooth brown patina. Scattered usage marks and some muzzle wear. The stock is also very fine with light handling marks and some minor dings. Mechanically excellent.
