Manufactured in 1957, with fixed front and notched rear sight. Marked with standard one line Hartford address on the top of the barrel and "COLT BUNTLINE SPECIAL .45" on the left. Casehardened frame, with six shot fluted cylinder and standard patent markings on the left side of the frame. Grips are black checkered plastic with relief Rampant Colt and American Eagle imprint and Rampant Colt logos.

Excellent with 97% original blue finish and case colors. Some light handling marks/scratches and dings overall, with light cylinder drag line and scratches from cycling the action. Grips are excellent with light handling marks and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
