Manufactured between 1988 to 1990, with post front and adjustable flip leaf rear peep sight. The left side of the receiver is marked "COLT/AR-15 A2/GOV'T MODEL", along with standard manufacturer markings. There is also a flash hider, bayonet lug, vented handguard, extended magazine, checkered pistol grip, smooth stock with trapdoor compartment in buttplate, and sling swivels. Includes shipping box, cleaning rod, and extra magazine.

Excellent, with 98% of the original matte black finish, showing minor edge and high spot wear only. Stock is excellent, with light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
