Developed in the post-war years, this 1949 rifle was part of a contract with the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Protected blade front sight and tangent peep rear sight, with bayonet lug, flash hider, and "AL" Armee Luxembourg marking on the receiver ring with standard address on right receiver wall. Matching numbers on the receiver, bolt and stock. Scope base has the numbers "80" and "013" with an Echo scope mount/rings. Equipped with an ABL 1951 sniper scope numbered "590" with Ram-Line quick release lens covers. Smooth pistol grip stock and full length handguard with screw mounted high comb, finger groove forearm and leather sling.

Excellent. The rifle retains 95% original matte black finish with some minor to moderate edge wear and some minor flaking on the barrel. The finish on the flash hider is thinning to a brown. The wood is also excellent with some minor dings, scratches and pressure marks. Mechanically excellent. The scope retains 95% of the finish and the optics are clear.
