This is a rare example of a "verchromt" finish pre-war Walther model PP, semi-automatic pistol. The Walther factory finished very few PPs and PPKs with this most unusual plated finish. Fixed sights, with the standard two line Walther markings on the left side of the slide between the Walther banner and model marking. Matching numbers are present on the frame and inside the slide, with "eagle/ N" proofs on right side of slide, chamber and muzzle. Fitted with checkered brown/black grips with Walther banners, and flat bottomed magazine with matching finish.

Excellent with 95% of the original finish, showing flaking on the hammer and along the high edges, with some scattered handling marks and spotting in the exposed areas. Grips are very fine with exception of hairline cracks in the right panel and bending in the left. Mechanically excellent.
