Description:

Manufactured from 1893 to 1939. Equipped with a 26 1/4" long Stevens scope sight adjustable for elevation and windage. The top barrel flat is marked with the two line Stevens A. & T. address/patent date information and the upper left flat is marked "22-LONG RIFLE". Blue finish with casehardened receiver and "S" shaped lever. Smooth forearm and straight grip stock with hard rubber buttplate which has the "STEVENS / FAVORITE" marking.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The barrel retains 90% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina with numerous fine long scratches. The receiver and lever retains traces of original case colors with the balance a smooth dark patina. The wood is fine with numerous minor dings and scratches. The scope sight retains 90% original blue finish thinning to a brown with limited pin point pitting and the optics are cloudy.
