Checkered straight grip stock with two barrel bands, sling swivels, initial oval, and flat buttplate.

Rating Definition:

Very fine as period refurbished. The carbine retains 70% of the blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. The hammer and lock plate retain 97% of the case colors. There is some very scattered minor spotting. There is a repair on the left side of the breech bolt, otherwise the revarnished stock is fine with some scattered minor handing marks, a few deep dents (mostly on the left side of wrist), a small missing chip near the trigger guard. Overall the checkering is crisp.
