Dovetail blade and fixed notch sights on the swamped barrel, with a pair of Liege proofs on the left flat, "L" on top, and floral and zig-zag engraving on the tang. No markings are visible on the lock plate, with a percussion bolster set into the cut down flashpan. Checkered full length pistol grip stock with a wood ramrod, raised floral carved accents around the ramrod pipes, trigger guard finial and upper tang, a dog engraved on the trigger guard and a floral patterned steel buttcap.

Rating Definition:

Fine with a strong twist brown steel pattern on the barrel, with some minor fading and spotting. The lock plate, tang and furniture show a mixed gray patina, with areas of yellow tint and mild spotting overall, along with a break in the rear trigger guard finial. Stock is fine, with cracking at the muzzle and wrist, scattered chips and pressure dents. Mechanically fine.
