Produced without sights and in identical configurations, in the style of most pistols of the era. The barrel is decorated with floral patterns on the flats and tang, with "PRO" and "VEI" stamped on the left flat. Similar engraving is present on the hammer and lock plate, along with a banner reading "WATERS" in front of the hammer. Furniture is finished in silver, with lion passant, anchor, "C" and "CF" hallmarks on the engraved acorn finial trigger guard, anchor and lion on the inscription, silver wire inlay in the grip area and a grotesque face buttcap with lion and anchor stamps.

Good, showing a mixed brown and gray patina with mild spotting and pitting overall. The stock is fine as repaired, with a crack running around the breech area, a replaced patch of wood below the lock plate, a few other chips and cracks, and mild pressure dents. Does not hold on half-cock, otherwise functions.
