BEATTIE/ 205 REGENT ST/ LONDON" Checkered one piece hardwood grip with silver wire dot accents around the butt and among the checkering, silver inscription plate on the rear, and a silver buttcap with raised scroll designs. With a green felt lined hardwood case, fitted with a round inscription plate on top, a paper label reading "EVERY DESCRIPTION OF GUN APPARATUS/ J. BEATTIE/ Manufacturer of Guns & Pistols/ 205/ REGENT STREET, LONDON/ Repository for Genuine Second-hand Guns & Pistols by the first Makers/ MAKER OF THE IMPROVED PERCUSSION CAPS" below a stylized depiction of the Royal Coat of Arms, and containing a nipple wrench, screwdriver, 2 cap tins, cleaning rod, bullet mold and a powder flask/ball carrier.

Excellent, with 95% plus vivid case colors overall, showing a few areas of bright wear and scattered handling marks. The blue components are excellent, with light wear and a small amount of brown patina. The nitre blued belt hook retains 80% bright finish. The trigger guard retains 98% bright original blue. Grips are excellent, with light pressure dents. Case is fine, with scuffing and staining on the label, mild chips and scuffs on the exterior and some fading and wear on the lining of the interior. Mechanically excellent.
