Manufactured in 1900 and subsequently custom engraved and gold plated. The revolver features nearly full coverage of floral scroll engraving with a punch dot background. The top of the barrel is marked with the two line address in a panel, the left side is marked "COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER" and the left side of the frame is marked with the two line, three patent dates. The matching serial number is marked on the frame, trigger guard and back strap. Standard blade front and frame notch rear sights, and fitted with a one piece smooth ivory grip.

Custom engraved with 95% of the gold plating remaining, showing some wear on the muzzle and high edges, scattered minor blistering and some minor pitting under the finish. The grip has shrunk a bit and remains very good with age cracks and a pleasant aged patina. The markings and engraving are clear. There is a bit of play in the cylinder, otherwise the action is fine.
